I am the sole owner and sole operator.  I started my business in 2010.  By word of mouth, my business grew quickly.  I have an excellent reputation and a 5-star rating on Care.com. 

I service Delaware and Maryland. I offer client- centered care. I build long-lasting relationships by exceeding expectations. I am fast, efficient, and affordable. I am detail-oriented, organized, reliable, hardworking, and punctual. I have a clean background and I am drug free. I don't smoke cigarettes. I am fully vaccinated. I have cleaning supplies.  I have my own transportation. I am comfortable with pets and children.

I am also a Certified Caregiver, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. I have additional experience in grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, and errands. I am CPR/AED and first aid certified.
